Why patients stay

Four reasons people keep coming back

A small office, not a chain

The same faces at every visit, and a staff that knows your history without reading it off a screen.

Specialists in the same practice

Orthodontics and periodontics are part of this practice, so much of your treatment can be planned and carried out in one place.

Sedation dentistry available

Through Dr. Edward Campbell, MD, anesthesiologist, who has worked with the practice since 2012.

We handle the insurance

All forms submitted for you, and a written payment schedule for patients who need major work.

In the chair

Comfortable, unhurried, and honest about what you need

The office is computerized with digital X-rays, meets and surpasses OSHA and CDC standards, and is small enough that the staff knows you by name.

  • Digital X-rays Lower dose than film, and viewable with you in the chair.
  • Emergency appointments Call the office directly. Emergency calls are welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
  • 24 hours notice to change a visit So the appointment can be offered to another patient who needs it.

A note on reviews

Why you will not find us on Yelp

Due to privacy laws, our office has chosen not to participate in Yelp, Facebook and Twitter. Any and all questions or concerns are addressed in person, by phone, or by email, as HIPAA limits health care providers from fully responding on social media sites. The Tooth Doctor

We rely on referrals from friends and family, and we have found those more reliable than websites. We look forward to seeing you.

Before you call

Questions we are asked most

Are you taking new patients?
Yes. New patients are always welcome, adults and children alike, and the office is child and teen friendly. Call 808-393-2020 or send a request through the contact page.
What happens at a first visit?
A comprehensive exam and a hygiene cleaning. From there we put together a treatment plan for anything that needs attention. Whitening and other cosmetic treatment always follows that exam and cleaning rather than preceding it.
Do you take my insurance?
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. The office accepts check, cash, Visa and Mastercard, and for patients who require major work a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call the office directly on 808-393-2020. The office facilitates emergency calls, and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. Please do not send urgent information through the contact form.
Do you offer sedation dentistry?
Yes. Dr. Edward Campbell, MD, an anesthesiologist with Mobile Anesthesia Inc, has made sedation dentistry available to the practice since 2012.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so that the appointment can be offered to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
